As a veteran and military spouse, I’m fortunate to be a founding partner of Sip Happens alongside one of my closest friends. At Sip Happens, we cherish the bonds formed over shared experiences and community connections.
When I’m not hosting an event, you can find me enjoying time with my family and friends. As a mom of two energetic boys, an Italian exchange student, and the cutest mini goldendoodle, my life is filled with adventure and laughter!
My passion for service has always driven me, but I found myself longing for a creative outlet that my full-time job didn’t always provide. That’s what led me to entrepreneurship, and I’m excited to create memorable experiences that celebrate the joy of togetherness.
When I’m not busy running Sip Happens, you can find me juggling family activities, traveling, or dreaming up new ways to blend creativity with my love for service.
Meet Erin
A proud North Carolina native, I’m a law enforcement wife, girl mom of two, and host mom to a wonderful German exchange student. Our family is rounded out by our lovable Golden Doodle and Maltipoo. When the weekend rolls around, you can find me cheering on my kids at the basketball court and soccer field, or staying active myself through CrossFit and outdoor sports like golf and pickleball.
Beyond sports and family time, I’m passionate about traveling, cooking, reading a great book, and enjoying quality moments with friends and loved ones. Over the years, I've dreamed of creating a business that not only brings me closer to the Sanford community but also connects people and gives me an outlet for my creativity—something that my day job as a project manager doesn’t always allow.
